Context: Keytrade Bank needed an overhaul of their digital interface to enhance user engagement and accessibility across their mobile and web platforms.

Solution: I led the redesign of the mobile app and website, focusing on user-centric design principles. A significant part of the project involved creating and maintaining a robust design system that ensured consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.

Context: Jane initially targeted private customers seeking a reliable solution to monitor their aging relatives, evolving under the partnership with Belfius and the Boston Consulting Group to incorporate smart IoT technology into elderly homes.

Solution: As a key member of the design team, I helped create a robust design system that enhanced the development of a user-friendly mobile app and website. This system was continuously refined based on feedback from user test groups to meet the target audience’s needs effectively.

Results: The pivot towards focusing on elderly care facilities expanded Jane’s market presence and led to its strategic acquisition, significantly extending its services in the healthcare sector and enhancing its impact on sustainable aging solutions.
